Growth Plans for the ATF Group via the Merger with the Deck Guardrail
Group

ATF Hire Group Pty Ltd (“ATF”) announces the merger with Deck Guardrail Group Pty Ltd (“Deck”) to enhance the capacity to provide customers with a broader range of product, a “one stop shop” for the provision of site safety equipment within the building & construction industries, industrial and event management markets. The merger greatly emphasises the ability of each group to expand on geographical terms both within Australia and New Zealand.

 The merger was successfully completed on the 31^st January 2006. An integration plan is underway to establish the best method of distribution to our customer bases, however for the time being all of customers will be serviced by their existing service teams.

 ATF Managing Director, and founder, Derek Rynenberg indicated that the merger with Deck is part of an ongoing plan to expand the existing business both via a product and geographical strategy. “We are now able to bring to the market a complete one stop shop with a fuller product range of safety equipment to both residential and non-residential construction sectors and will rely on the expertise via both Group’s to expand into new parts of Australia and New Zealand. We welcome the merger, particularly the expertise and experience of Deck’s senior managers and the ability to reach the Deck existing customer base”
